I have a leather armchair made from bonded leather, after months of sitting on it and lying on it, a part of it starts to tear. I finally got some time and fixed it which I am going to show you in this set of pictures.
Actually the last photo turned out to be blurry but the real result is much better than it looks, there is a certain shine to it but at least the leather is now 'bonded' back to the armchair. And what did I use it to 'glue' it back? It was Mod Podge, something I bought for craft work. Amazingly it works well with leather as well. Lesson learnt though is matt Mod Podge will perhaps work better for this DIY repair compared to the gloss version I got
